We are seeking individuals who can support our mission as Human Resources Administrative Staff. In this role, you will be essential in managing recruitment, employee administration, development, and creating a work environment that fosters growth and productivity.


Roles Description

Human Resources Administrative Staff (HRAS) will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee administration, training, and policy compliance. 


1) Recruitment and Selection:

  • Responsible for the recruitment process, including posting job openings on various platforms, screening applicant CVs, scheduling and conducting initial interviews, and coordinating the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Responsible for creating Terms of Reference (TOR), job descriptions, and preparing contracts for all employees, consultants, freelancers, and others.

2) Employee Administration:

  • Input and manage employee databases in the internal system as well as the Wajib Lapor Ketenagakerjaan Perusahaan (WLKP).
  • Oversee the employee attendance system, manage leave and permission data, and create monthly reports.
  • Perform HR administrative functions, including request letters, certificates, and other administrative tasks.
  • Prepare contract documents and performance evaluations.
  • Responsible for creating SOPs, policies, and forms related to HR.
  • Manage and prepare letters and placards for employee exit (Resign), internship, freelance and other processes as well as coordinating with the HR of TJF affiliates.

3) Employee Development:

  • Develop training programs tailored to employee needs.
  • Maintain harmonious relationships between employees and the organization, and resolve any issues that may arise between the two parties. 

4) Policy and Compliance :

  • Ensure that organizational policies comply with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Manage the foundation’s regulatory matrix documentation and be responsible for communicating foundation policies to employees.


Compulsory requirements: 

  1. Minimum a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.
  2. Minimum one year of full-time work experience in Human Resources or a related field. 
  3. Proper communication in English.
  4. Having NGO experience is desirable.


  1. Possess a good understanding of HR functions and practices, including recruitment, employee administration, training and development, performance management, and employee relations.
  2. Knowledgeable about labor laws and company policies.
  3. People person. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Proficient in using HR software and other computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, HRIS).
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  6. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Organizational Conditions:

Candidates must be willing to stay at our site in Indragiri Hilir, Riau, to participate in a live-in program totalling 8 weeks duration.
