In today’s world, Tay Juhana Foundation (TJF) helps people to produce food in unconventional types of lands so we all don’t starve now and in the future. We are a nonprofit organization dedicated to advocate the cultivation of suboptimal lands into productive lands in the most sustainable manner.

TJF is fully-operated by young talents committed to utilize their optimum skills and capabilities to formulate effective strategies, conduct comprehensive research, and communicate the messages in cultivating food crops in suboptimal lands. We bring a significant change in the way we manage our lands to bring food for humanity. Job Summary

The officer will deal with external parties that lead to the implementation of our strategic programs. Also, to provide support for the Program Manager workload and assist the team in general.

Job Description

Coordinating organization’s outlook to obtain more resources, especially from grants and through partnerships
Planning and coordinating a defined campaign or program as part of our working strategy, as well as monitoring, reviewing, and reporting the outputs and outcomes
Identifying and taking action to engage potential partners for cooperating with the organization
Working with the Communication Officer to do maintenance and expansion of key government and community stakeholder relations
Providing support to the Program Manager, especially those in relevance with program management
Supporting the oversee of all divisions work to improve the efficiency of the operational functions
Providing framework, standard operational procedure, roadmap, and other fundamental administration parts for supporting organization performance.
Performing other program activity and administrative duties, if necessary.

Candidate Requirement

Candidates have bachelor degree in any studies.
Has more than a year of proven experience in working in a nonprofit organization. Experience in grant administration, project management, and organizational development are preferable.
Candidates must have a strong passion for working within a research-based nonprofit organization, with focuses on food security, sustainable agricultural practice, and sustainable development.
Candidates must be computer literate and tech-savvy (proficiency in Ms Office, familiar with accounting software, online drive, skype, zoom, etc)
Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is compulsory.
Candidates must be a carefully-oriented individual and extremely attentive to detail.
Candidates must have good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with people at all levels, in a multi-cultural and multi-disciplinary environment.
Candidates must be an organized, systematic thinker who can make priorities with quick response and proven leadership.
Candidates must have proven good interpersonal skills, next to independent and teamwork spirits.
