ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Part-time Social Media Assistant, you will support and complement the Media and Communication division with daily operations. You will be responsible for managing and growing TJF’s social media presence. This position requires a creative and proactive individual who can contribute ideas and execute engaging content strategies to enhance TJF’s brand visibility and foster digital community engagement.

Here are the detailed responsibilities with a focus on assisting the Instagram platform:

  • Assist in developing and implementing a content calendar, especially for social media campaigns and initiatives.
  • Assist in creating feed audio-visual content.
  • Post the content according to the schedule.
  • Assist in providing reports, identifying emerging trends, and recommending innovative content ideas to the Media & Creative Specialist to enhance Instagram engagement.
  • Monitor and maintain two-way communication on social media.

Qualification

REQUIREMENTS

  1. Excellent written skills in English.
  2. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any field, preferably in communications or relevant studies.

 

COMPETENCIES

  1. Proven ability to create engaging content for various social media platforms (can use Canva, Capcut/other video editors, and copywriting skills are a must).
  2. Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting tools.
  3. Proficient in using various social media management tools.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team to work collaboratively.
  5. Passion for sustainable agriculture and environmental issues

 

ORGANIZATIONAL CONDITIONS:

  1. This position is entirely remote, meaning you will be working from home or any location of your choice. There will be no requirement to report to an office, and all tasks, meetings, and communications will be conducted virtually.
  2. Additional Information:
    • Duration : 3 months (with the possibility of extension)
    • Working Hours: Part-time (4 hours per day)
    • The entire selection process will be conducted via online platforms.
